This pregnancy yoga class aims to help you learn useful breathing techniques and movements to use throughout your pregnancy to ease any aches and discomforts, as well as during labour.
We also work on keeping our bodies strong to meet the demands that pregnancy can bring, in addition to the physical demands that life with a newborn baby offers.
The class consists of a breathing practice, physical movements (asanas), a guided relaxation and when appropriate, previous class students birth stories, or a talk from someone in the birth network.
The next pregnancy yoga course begins on Sunday 4th July from 9.30am - 10.30am at The Oast Osteopathy in Sittingbourne. The course dates are as follows;

The pregnancy course is £40, payable online in advance. Drop in taster classes are £10 a class.
