This mixed ability yoga class focuses on strength as a foundation, to enable us to stretch our bodies safely, to our own measure.
All levels and abilities are welcome to the class, from beginners to the more experienced. The form of yoga you will practice, Hatha Yoga, will allow you to work within your own comfort zone and begin to build up flexibility and strength at your own pace.
Each class will introduce and practice the physical movements of yoga. We will also explore breath awareness during class and a guided relaxation to rejuvenate our bodies and calm our minds.
The yoga class takes place every Monday online via Zoom from 7.30pm - 8.30pm. Usually the class is in King Georges Park Pavilion. We hope to be back practicing there very soon!
The class is on the 1st floor of the Pavilion at the park. Gates are opened especially for the class and parking is available in the main car park.

The cost is £5 per class payable online prior to the class. Bookings are non refundable and non transferable.
