Join Sittingbourne Yoga & Lizi Sage for a candlelit evening of yoga and sound meditation at the beautiful IslandWorks on the Isle of Sheppey.

Enjoy a 45 minute yoga class with Carina, moving with the intention of slowing down and turning inwards. Followed by a deliciously long guided relaxation and gong bath with Lizi.

Suitable for all abilities, including beginners, this truly is a stunning venue and not one to be missed!

 A relaxed weekend in the Kent countryside where you can do as little or as much yoga as you like. Explore the 28 acres surrounding the house, take a swim, or read a book by the outside fire pit. Take this weekend to recharge and reconnect, enjoying delicious food, surroundings and some wonderful yoga. 

All rooms (aside from one) are shared occupancy rooms with their own ensuite.
