Saturday 26th April, 9.30am - 12.30pm, Painters Forstal Community Hall
A 3 hour workshop dedicated to teaching you the skills to develop greater flexibility in your hamstrings and quads, and mobility in yours hips, enabling you to work towards front splits position (Hanumanasana).
Ideally you will already be practicing yoga, as some of the stretches are intense, but you do not need to have done the split before.
All the stretches and stages will be beneficial regardless of your splits ability and we remind ourselves to enjoy the journey rather than focusing solely on the end goal.
The workshop will include a 20-30 minute coffee/tea and snack break (all provided). Please advise of any allergies when booking

Celebrate the change of seasons and the Summer Solstice with this extended 1.5 hour yoga class as we come together for the longest day of the year and the official start of Summer.
We will mirror the seasons with our energising practice explore different breathing techniques, a lively physical practice and a meditation and relaxation practice.

Join us at the beautiful Island works for a morning of yoga and brunch.
Starting with a 1.5 hour mixed ability Hatha yoga class which will consist of breathing practices, physical movement, meditation and relaxation. The class is aimed at all abilities, so beginners are more than welcome.
The class will be followed by a delicious brunch including pancakes, granola, yoghurt, pastries, fruit and more. Accompanied by a speciality coffee of your choice and a healthy fruit smoothie.*
