This postnatal yoga class aims to start strengthening your core and pelvic floor following the birth of your baby. The strain that pregnancy and a new baby can put on your body is incredible and this class will help you restrengthen your pelvic floor, reenergise and relax, all whilst having your baby with you. This class is suitable for ladies following your 6 week* check, or 12 weeks* with a caesarean.
There will be some toys provided for the babies to play with and large foam mats for the babies to lie on and roll around, however it is advised to also bring your own blanket and/or pillow for them to lie on too.
This post natal yoga class consists of a short breathing practice and physical movements (asanas).
* These time frames are a guideline. Should you feel well enough in yourself outside of these timeframes and wish to still join the class, please get in touch.
The class takes place every Thursday morning at The Fitness Centre, Vicarage Road, Milton Regis,
Sittingbourne, ME10 2BL.

The Fitness Centre in Milton Regis has a fantastic large mirrored studio which we use for the class.
Parking is available right outside the studio, making it easy for you to bring baby in with you, and the hall itself has large foam mats for use which babies are free to lie and roll around on.

The cost is £40 per 6 week course, which is payable in advanced to reserve your space. The course is limited to 5 spaces per session.
