About

Yoga for Everyone

Yoga covers a wide range of disciplines that improve flexibility, strength, stamina, breathing, relaxation and mental awareness. There are many different forms of yoga, however most people practice a form of Hatha Yoga, which trains the body to be strong and flexible. Hatha Yoga includes breath control (pranayama), relaxation and physical movements (asanas). 

Available Classes


Hatha yoga classes takes place every Monday evening  in The Oaks Infant School, every Thursday evening at Bobbing Village Hall and every Sunday morning at The Oast Osteopathy. The cost is £8 per class. Find out more...


Pregnancy yoga courses run in 4/5 week blocks and take place every Sunday morning at The Oast Osteopathy. Find out more...

What to bring

  • It is preferable to bring a yoga mat to class with your, or a suitable alternative
  • Wear comfortable, loose fitting or exercise clothing
  • Please try to eat at least two hours before the class
  • Bring warm clothes (socks, jumper) for the relaxation part of the class. Some choose to bring a blanket too
  • Yoga is practiced with bare feet for safety and practical reasons
